Mini Murder Mystery is an entertainment app that generates interactive murder-mystery stories using AI. It is operated by Flavr Web Dev Ltd, company number 14994358, registered in England and Wales. By using the app you agree to these terms.
Every install includes two complete demo cases free of charge. Creating new mysteries requires a Full Access subscription.
Full Access is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple ID: weekly (50 new mysteries per week), monthly (200 per month) or annual (200 per month, billed yearly). Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period — manage or cancel it any time in your App Store account settings. Mystery allowances reset at each renewal and unused mysteries do not roll over. Refunds are handled by Apple under their standard terms.
Every story is fiction generated by AI. Characters, events and institutions are invented; any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental. AI writing can occasionally be imperfect or repeat itself — a regenerated case is usually the fix, and each generation only ever spends one credit (failed generations are refunded automatically).
You can cast people you know as characters. Only do this with their goodwill, and don't enter names or descriptions that are private, defamatory or intended to harass. You are responsible for the text you type into the app.
"Challenge a friend" links are public to anyone who has the URL. Your generated stories are yours to share and enjoy personally; the app itself, its design and its software remain ours.
Don't abuse the service — no attempting to bypass subscription checks, no automated scraping or bulk generation, no using the service to produce unlawful content. We may suspend installs that do.
Story generation depends on third-party AI services and we can't promise uninterrupted availability. If generation is down, your credits are unaffected.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, the app is provided "as is" for entertainment, and our total liability in connection with it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
