Terms & Licence
Last updated June 2026 · Curtain Call
The product
Curtain Call is a one-time digital download: a codebase / starter template you download, configure, and deploy yourself. These terms form the agreement between you and Curtain Call.
Your licence
On payment you receive a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use, modify, and deploy Curtain Call for your own and your clients' projects and products, including commercial ones.
What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, republish, or give away the template itself (in whole or substantial part), including as a competing starter, kit, or template.
- Share your download, account, or access links with others — one purchase is one licence for you.
Delivery & payment
Your download is delivered to your account immediately after payment, via a sign-in link sent to your email. Prices are shown at checkout in GBP and processed by Stripe. Prices may change at any time; you pay the price shown when you buy.
No guarantee of updates
We intend to maintain and refine Curtain Call and may release updates, but we do not guarantee future updates, fixes, support response times, or continued availability. Your licence is for the version you download.
Provided as-is — security & risk
Curtain Call is provided "as is" and used at your own risk. We have security-reviewed and hardened it extensively and run it on our own production sites, so we trust it — but no software is ever guaranteed secure, and the security landscape changes rapidly (including with new AI tooling).
You are responsible for the security of your own deployment — how you configure, host, secure, update, and operate it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curtain Call is not liable for any security issue, vulnerability, breach, data loss, downtime, or damage arising from Curtain Call or your use of it.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, loss of data, loss of profit, or business interruption. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (such as for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).
Your cancellation rights
This is digital content supplied immediately. By purchasing and accessing your download you ask us to supply it at once and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@example.com.
